2. Consultation Sessions

  • Booking: Consultation sessions can be booked via our website or by contacting Iain directly. Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with the details of your session.

  • Duration: Each consultation session will last for the duration specified at the time of booking. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are available for the full duration of the session.

3. Payment

  • Fees: Fees for consultation sessions are as stated on our website. All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Methods of Payment: We accept payment via Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, ensuring a secure and convenient transaction process.

  • Currency: All fees are quoted in USD, and clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • Rescheduling by Client: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions can be rescheduled once without additional charge. Further rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

  • Cancellation by Iain Myles: In the event that I need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

5. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted at our discretion. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled session. Refunds will only be considered if the service provided did not meet the standards outlined or if there was a significant issue that impacted the delivery of the session.

  • Process: To request a refund, please contact me by sending an email to info@iainmyles.com with your booking details and the reason for the request. My team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Missed Sessions: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session no refund will be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available for the session at the agreed-upon time.

    • Dissatisfaction with Advice: The effectiveness of coaching depends significantly on the client’s active participation and implementation of the advice given. As results can vary based on individual circumstances, refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with the advice provided or the outcomes achieved.

    • Change of Mind: If a client changes their mind after booking a session, no refund will be issued regardless of when the cancellation is made. All sales are final. Clients are encouraged to attend the session to make the most of their booking and gain valuable insights.

    • Technical Issues: For online sessions, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection, functioning webcam, and microphone. Refunds will not be issued for sessions disrupted due to technical issues on the client’s end. In cases where technical issues are experienced on our end, we will offer to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

    • Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No refund or partial refund will be provided for time lost due to late arrival.

    • Inappropriate Behaviour: If a session is terminated early due to inappropriate behaviour by the client (including but not limited to abusive language, harassment, or any form of misconduct), no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to terminate the session and refuse future services to clients exhibiting such behaviour.

    • Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for sessions cancelled due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

    • Prepaid Packages: For clients who purchase prepaid packages of multiple sessions at a discounted rate, refunds will not be issued for unused sessions if the client decides to discontinue the coaching. Clients are encouraged to utilise all sessions within the package to gain the full benefit.

6. Confidentiality

  • Privacy: All information shared during the consultation sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. For more detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Data Protection: We comply with data protection regulations. Any personal information provided will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of providing consultation services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • General Limitation: Iain Myles is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any aspect of your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, your reliance on the advice provided during the consultation sessions.

  • No Guarantees: While we strive to provide valuable and actionable advice, we do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on various factors, including client effort and circumstances.

8. Client Responsibility

  • Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to ensure effective consultation sessions. Any misinformation may affect the quality and outcome of the advice given.

  • Follow-Through: Clients are responsible for implementing the advice and strategies discussed during the consultation sessions. Results are contingent on the client's commitment and effort.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All materials provided during consultation sessions, including but not limited to written content, strategies, and frameworks, remain the intellectual property of Iain Myles.

  • Usage: Clients may use the materials for personal use only and are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing the materials without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11. Governing Law

Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Jurisdiction: You and Iain Myles both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter or formation.

  • Dispute Resolution:

    • Informal Resolution: In the first instance, if any dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the other party. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may then consider formal legal action.

    • Mediation: Before proceeding to court, both parties may agree to try mediation in good faith to settle the dispute.

  • Compliance with Local Laws: Clients accessing the services from outside the UK are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, including but not limited to those relating to online conduct and acceptable content.

  • Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

  • International Use: Although the services are accessible globally, the advice provided during the consultation sessions is based on knowledge of the dating culture primarily in the UK and the USA. Clients from other regions should consider this when applying the advice to their specific circumstances.

  • Legal Advice: Both parties acknowledge that these terms and conditions are fair and reasonable. However, if you are unsure about your rights under these terms or need any clarification, you are advised to seek independent legal advice before accepting them.
