PUA Routines

If you've ever dipped your toes into the world of pick-up artistry (PUA), you've likely come across the term "PUA routines".

But what exactly are they and do they really help you become better with women?

A PUA routine is essentially a scripted interaction designed to create attraction and build rapport with women.

Think of it like a blueprint you memorise and use in various social situations.

Often, you might practice these routines with a wingman—someone who supports you and helps you navigate social interactions.

Routines range from witty opening lines and playful banter to intriguing stories meant to capture attention.

When I first started learning about game, routines seemed incredibly appealing.

After all, having something clever ready to say can boost your confidence, especially if you're naturally a bit shy or nervous.

Many guys even work with an instructor to fine-tune their routines and gain personalised feedback.

However, here's the important part: routines are tools, not magic spells.

The most effective way I've found to use routines is as training wheels.

They can help you get conversations started, break the ice and keep things flowing smoothly.

But relying entirely on them can hold you back in the long run.

Women appreciate originality, and eventually, they'll sense if you're simply reciting something rehearsed.

The trick is to use routines initially to build confidence and social skills, then gradually start expressing your natural personality.

My best advice?

Practice routines until they feel natural, then move beyond them.

Use them to develop the conversational skills that allow you to respond spontaneously and genuinely.

When you're able to improvise and truly connect, that's when you'll see the biggest improvements in your dating life.

Remember, routines aren't the end goal—they're stepping stones on your journey to becoming naturally attractive and socially confident.
